DRINQ BOX LLC ("Drinq Box," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Drinq Box Rewards loyalty program. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.
1. Information We Collect
- Phone number: Provided during account creation for identity verification.
- Transaction history: Records of purchases linked to your account for Bolt (loyalty point) tracking.
- Rewards balance: Your current Bolt balance, tier status, and redemption history.
- Birthday month: If you choose to provide it, for birthday reward eligibility.
- Device information: Basic browser/device data for app functionality (e.g., push notification tokens if enabled).
We do not collect your name, email address, physical address, or payment card details through the rewards app.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Account verification: Your phone number is used solely to send a one-time SMS verification code when you log in.
- Rewards tracking: Transaction data is used to calculate and award Bolts, track tier progress, and process redemptions.
- Service delivery: To operate and improve the rewards program.
We do not use your phone number for marketing texts. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for advertising purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the Program:
- Supabase: Cloud database and authentication provider. Stores your account data securely.
- Flowroute: SMS delivery provider. Receives your phone number only to deliver verification codes. Does not retain your data for marketing.
- Netlify: Web hosting provider. Serves the rewards app.
These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party service providers listed above, as required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of Drinq Box and its customers.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If your account becomes inactive (no purchases for 180 days), Bolts may expire per our Terms of Service, but your account data remains until you request deletion.
6. Your Rights
- Access: You can view your data at any time in the app (profile, transaction history, Bolt balance).
- Deletion: You may request that we delete your account and all associated data by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
- Opt out of SMS: Stop logging in or reply STOP to any verification message.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission, secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Children's Privacy
The Program is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
